Delivery & Returns

Delivery:

Orders within the UK are normally dispatched within 3 to 5 working days for standard products. For bespoke products this can increase by 5 to 10 working days.

We use Royal mail Tracked 48 which aims to deliver in 2 to 3 working days.

Free delivery for all orders within the UK.

Refunds:

Refunds are accepted for up to 30 days from Dispatch.

Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

If you do request a refund, we ask that you contact us in advance, so that we can track and action your return.
